Policies for Santa Fe ISD
COVID-19 Social Contract
I acknowledge that I am aware of certain risks of participating in public events due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and that I am choosing to enter the venue my tickets are purchased for. I understand that by leaving my home, I am exposing myself to a greater risk of becoming infected with coronavirus, or of infecting other people. In order to do my part to not spread this virus, I agree to not enter the venue and to return home if (a) I have a temperature of 100.4 degrees or above, (b) the venue's medically trained professional determines that I may not safely enter the venue, or (c) there is reason to believe I carry the coronavirus despite the current absence of symptoms. If I enter the venue, I agree to strictly follow all health and safety rules the venue has posted, which are designed to protect patrons, workers, and performers. I also acknowledge that I will be required to wear a mask over my nose and chin through out the duration of the performance.
Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.

No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting haley.tucker@sfisd.org.
General Policies
-The audience will begin seating 30 minutes before the show. Please wait in your car until that time. When we do begin seating, please observe socially distancing and follow the markers on the floor.
-There will be no food or drinks allowed in the auditorium.
-Please turn off all cellular/Electronic devices during the show as they interfere with our wireless microphone system and distract patrons around you.
-Should you need to exit the theatre, please do so between scenes, and quietly. The doors will slam hard if not guided closed.
-The proper way to show genuine appreciation to the performers is applause and if you are really impressed, standing ovations are always welcome. Hooting and calling out individual name is poor form, and embarrassing to the performers.
-Please no “flash” photography during the performance. Photos/videos for personal archives is allowed, but please do not post on social media. This would be a violation of our copyright agreement. The show will be professionally recorded and edited and will be available for purchase through our box office.
